Todo nuestro cabello es 100% cabello humano crudo, que puede durar un mínimo de 4-5 años con el cuidado adecuado.
El cuidado adecuado significa:
- Lavar y acondicionar tus extensiones como lo harías con tu cabello natural. (Recomendamos hacer esto semanalmente, pero no debe pasar más de 2 semanas sin mantenimiento.
- Duerma con una bufanda o funda de almohada de raso / seda.
- Manipule y desenrede correctamente (y suavemente) su cabello.
RETURNS:
IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW TO RE-SELL USED HAIR. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR THAT HAS LEFT IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING, LOOKS WORN, OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY. All products must have the original tags intact and must be returned in the original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will allow up to 3 days after you receive your package to submit a return request. All returns must be approved FIRST. Submit your return requests here.
If your return request is accepted, we will give you a return number and further instructions. The cost of the return will be the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restock fee will be applied.
NOTHING SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL WILL BE GRANTED A REFUND – AND ANY PACKAGES SENT TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
Prior to placing your order, please ensure that you have selected the correct items. Unfortunately, once orders are placed, our production team will begin fulfilling them, so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to alter your order. However, we do understand that mistakes can happen and if you reach out to us immediately and your order has not yet been processed, we will gladly make the necessary corrections.
If you wish to make changes to your order after it has been processed, OR cancel your entire order, you will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
